Camilla Barbarito: vocals
Fabio Marconi: guitars
Guido Baldoni: accordion
This project presents the native character and vibrancy of a variety of local and international folk songs!
Proudly cross-bred songs, loyally stolen from their countries of origin, are the melodies and rhythms that have made people cry and dance! That have brought comfort! They have set the pace and accompanied laborers!…. and they provide some great tunes just for whistling.
Sincere melodies, to the core.
A concert to listen to and celebrate together.
From the Balkan sounds we glide towards a Sicilian waltz, gently lowering through a flamenco rumba and a Cuban ballad and finally landing with a dip to the rhythm of Argentine tango…
Attention! There will be no lack of original songs that were inspired by a dream in which Barbarito serenaded the moon.

Discovering Val D’Ambria while learning to “Read the Landscape”
with the Orobie Valtellinesi Park Guides
The Orobie side of Valtellina is marked by deep valleys; from the “Piano di Spagna” to the town of Aprica, there are about fifteen main geographical furrows, each with its own specific character. Valle Venina is among these and, from West to East, unfolds into four main branches in its basin, including the Ambria Valley, which takes its name from the village of Ambria.
The small village and the initial stretch of the valley will be the setting for the hike organized in collaboration with the Orobie Valtellinesi Park; the places visited during the excursion will offer numerous points of naturalistic, scenic and historical interest.
Departure from Vedello at 9:00 AM
Difficulty: E – Hiking
Terrain Type: Dirt road + Mule track + Path
